Print Agent Q&A

Questions before you apply

Understand the application, setup, daily responsibilities and payment process.

What is a Quiko Print Agent?

A Quiko Print Agent operates an approved print kiosk where customers can prepare, pay for and release orders using Quiko Print 24.

Who can apply?

Malaysian residents and registered Malaysian businesses with a suitable customer-accessible location, reliable internet and compatible printing equipment may apply, subject to verification and approval.

What locations are suitable?

Print shops, stationery or convenience stores, campuses, hostels, offices, residential areas and other locations with regular printing demand may be suitable.

How do I apply?

Complete the online form and create an application password. Sign in later with your email and password to review the application.

What documents are required?

Provide the Company SSM, PIC IC copy and company bank account header. The signed agreement and setup-fee payment proof are uploaded later when requested.

Can I amend my application?

Yes. You may amend submitted information before approval. Editing is restricted after approval unless Quiko requests an update.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. The standard one-time fee is RM1,000 per Basic kiosk or RM1,500 per Advance kiosk. Only Quiko Main Admin sets a Custom fee. The selected package and final amount appear in the agreement and official invoice, and payment proof is uploaded with the signed agreement.

How does a Print Agent earn?

The Print Agent receives the applicable earnings from completed printing orders after Quiko commission and stated transaction adjustments. Exact terms are shown in the agreement.

Who decides the printing prices?

Quiko provides global pricing, while the Print Agent may change the selling prices for its kiosks within the available system controls.

When will I receive settlement?

The settlement schedule and applicable adjustments are stated in the approved Print Agent Agreement and agent account.

What equipment do I need?

You need a supported Windows 10 or Windows 11 64-bit computer, a Windows-compatible printer with a current driver, reliable power and internet, sufficient memory and storage, current security updates and the required Quiko software. Advance also requires the Quiko Desktop App computer to remain open, paired and online while offered.

Can I use my existing printer?

Yes, provided the printer runs on Windows and is compatible with Quiko. Its driver, functions and operating condition may be checked during setup.

What is the Quiko Desktop App?

It is an optional service for preparing supported documents on a larger screen. It is included with the Advance package and additional setup fees apply.

What are the Print Agent’s main responsibilities?

Obtain required licences and permits, keep the computer and software compliant, maintain equipment and supplies, protect customer documents, handle failed prints and meet approved operating hours.

Who handles failed prints or reprints?

The Print Agent handles failed prints and necessary reprints at the kiosk according to Quiko operating and transaction procedures.

Must the kiosk operate 24 hours?

Not necessarily. It should normally maintain at least 70% uptime during its approved operating hours, and those hours must remain accurate.

Will Quiko provide training and support?

Approved agents receive setup guidance, operating instructions and support for relevant system or transaction issues.

Is approval guaranteed?

No. Approval depends on the applicant, documents, location, equipment, readiness and Quiko’s operational assessment.

How are customer documents protected?

Agents must not access, copy, retain or disclose customer documents except when strictly required for an authorised support case.

How do I contact Quiko?
