Quiko Desktop App printing
Prepare documents comfortably on your computer while your phone handles secure authorisation and checkout.
Supported document types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other supported formats.
Quiko Desktop App is available only at kiosks marked “Desktop App available”. The Desktop App must be paired and online.

What is Quiko Print 24?
Quiko Print 24 is a self-service printing platform that lets you prepare and pay for a print order from your phone, then collect it from an available participating kiosk.
How do I start a print order?
Open Quiko Print 24, sign in or create an account, then either select an available kiosk or scan the QR code shown at a kiosk. Upload your files, choose the print settings, review the price, and pay with Print Credit.
What document types can I print?
Phone-only and remote orders support PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. Quiko Desktop App may also support Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files at kiosks where the Desktop App is available.
Do I need Quiko Desktop App to print?
No. You can print using only your phone at a kiosk or prepare an order remotely. Quiko Desktop App is an additional option for preparing supported documents on a larger screen and is available only at certain kiosks.
How do I know whether a Desktop App kiosk is available?
A kiosk with Quiko Desktop App is shown as online only while its paired Desktop App is open and connected. If the app is closed or loses its connection, that kiosk will not be shown as online for Desktop App printing.
Can I prepare an order before travelling to the kiosk?
Yes. Choose an available kiosk, prepare and pay for the order from anywhere, then travel to that kiosk. The order remains Awaiting release until you confirm that you are physically present and release it before the displayed expiry time.
How does payment work?
Quiko shows the order price before confirmation. Payment is made using Print Credit in your Quiko account. Your transaction and any eligible returns are recorded in your Print Credit activity.
How are my uploaded documents handled?
Uploaded files are stored privately without a public file link and are kept only for the controlled print workflow. They are removed according to Quiko’s time-limited retention rules. Please review the current Quiko Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens if printing fails?
Eligible failed or cancelled print amounts are returned to the same Print Credit balance according to the Quiko Printing and Refund Policy. Keep your order reference and contact Quiko support if assistance is required.
